Thomas Murray

Thomas Murray is a strategic thinking, process-focused, and multi-faceted, human resources management leader with comprehensive HR-focused experience in corporate level multi-cultural environments; specializing in strategic HR management, training, and employee relations, including investigations, performance management, and HR policies. He demonstrates applied expertise in facilitating change management in both growth and downsizing organizations. He has a proven track record of accomplishment in recruiting & selecting, training & development, assessing employee engagement, and recommending viable solutions. Mr. Murray has expertise in improving human resources issues that result in the successful operation of the organization. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Providence College.

Jay Lambke

Jay Lambke brings over 30 years of experience leading organizations that have successfully serviced the specialized IT needs of the Federal, State, Local, and Education Markets. His natural instincts for leadership and entrepreneurial thinking combined with strict business discipline, and his ability to identify new and emerging market opportunities, has proven him a resolute leader.

Jasmine Francis

Jasmine Francis is a dynamic People Leader with 15 years of experience working in both corporate and start-up environments. Best known for her human-first philosophy and unique hands-on approach, she is passionate about building and implementing inclusive strategies that focus on creating a values-driven culture and delivering a world-class employee experience. She is currently the Head of People & DEIB at Pliancy and was most recently the Vice President of People & Culture at Thinx responsible for synergizing business goals and People strategy. As an authentic People thought leader, she has also held key roles at BNY Mellon, Xandr (fka AppNexus), Goldman Sachs and The Carlyle Group. She holds a B.A. in French from East Carolina University, a MSc. in Organizational Development from Catholic University, and a Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University.

Brandon McTavish

Brandon McTavish is an internationally experienced Talent Acquisition Executive. With a background in both in-house and agency recruitment, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, Talent Management and Culture, Brandon is passionate about the Employee Experience. He has a wide variety of experiences from building and managing large teams, partnering with executives to identify, attract and retain top talent while driving communications and improving the employee experience. Mr. McTavish earned degrees from James Madison University and Randolph-Macon College.

Martin Kelly

Martin Kelly brings more than 30 years of leadership experience with companies ranging from early-stage, venture-backed startups to category-leading publicly traded enterprises. He is a prove public and private company CEO, who has brought sales, share, and profit success to every organization he has led. Mr. Kelly has demonstrated strategic vision, organization development, and consistent execution in areas including operations, mergers and acquisitions, business integration, sales, and marketing. He earned a master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Shannon Dillon

Shannon is a dynamic and results-driven leader with a proven track record of spearheading transformative growth strategies in the corporate landscape. With an impressive background in strategic planning, business development, and change management, Shannon brings a unique blend of vision and execution to our organization. Shannon is a former GS14 IT Specialist at HHS with over 25 years of experience in IT project Management, Federal Procurement, Business Development, IT Sales, Proposal and Capture Management, Business/Budget Analysis, Contract administration and contract management. Aside from her Federal Experience, she has also worked at big organizations such as Hewlett Packard and SAIC to name a few. In her free time, Shannon volunteers to the veteran's Non Profit 4Wheel2Heal and as a passionate animal lover, she also dedicates time to volunteer with Paws Crossed a dog rescue organization in the West Virginia area.

Sumeet Shrivastava

Sumeet Shrivastava is an accomplished executive and proven business leader with more than two decades of experience in the government IT industry. Sumeet’s experience has traversed the full range of early-stage small business to a competitive, mid-tier contractor, including on both sides of M&A transactions. Sumeet has been committed to his alma mater, George Mason University (MBA ’94), and the regional community throughout his career. He serves on the GMU Foundation Board of Trustees, is the President of Mason’s Alumni Association, and sits on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Business School. In addition, Sumeet is on the Boards of the Northern Virginia Children’s Science Center and TiE DC.
