Matthew Mead is a highly experienced and accomplished executive in the field of human capital management, with a career spanning over two decades. He has held leadership positions in talent acquisition and HR strategy at ManTech, PAE, and SOS International, where he successfully managed large teams and significant recruiting budgets. His expertise includes M&A diligence and integration, as well as developing innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance. He currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Ridgeline International. In this role, he oversees Talent Management, Security, Facilities, and Logistics, driving initiatives that align workforce strategies with business objectives to achieve exceptional results. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Canisius College and a certificate in Mergers and Acquisitions from Columbia University. His strategic vision and commitment to fostering a high-performing culture make him a key player in his organization's success.
Jasmine Francis
Jasmine Francis is a dynamic People Leader with 15 years of experience working in both corporate and start-up environments. Best known for her human-first philosophy and unique hands-on approach, she is passionate about building and implementing inclusive strategies that focus on creating a values-driven culture and delivering a world-class employee experience. She is currently the Head of People & DEIB at Pliancy and was most recently the Vice President of People & Culture at Thinx responsible for synergizing business goals and People strategy. As an authentic People thought leader, she has also held key roles at BNY Mellon, Xandr (fka AppNexus), Goldman Sachs and The Carlyle Group. She holds a B.A. in French from East Carolina University, a MSc. in Organizational Development from Catholic University, and a Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University.

Sumeet Shrivastava is an accomplished executive and proven business leader with more than two decades of experience in the government IT industry. Sumeet’s experience has traversed the full range of early-stage small business to a competitive, mid-tier contractor, including on both sides of M&A transactions. Sumeet has been committed to his alma mater, George Mason University (MBA ’94), and the regional community throughout his career. He serves on the GMU Foundation Board of Trustees, is the President of Mason’s Alumni Association, and sits on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Business School. In addition, Sumeet is on the Boards of the Northern Virginia Children’s Science Center and TiE DC.
