Shannon is a former GS14 IT Specialist at HHS with over 25 years of experience in IT project Management, Federal Procurement, Business Development, IT Sales, Proposal and Capture Management, Business/Budget Analysis, Contract administration and contract management. Aside from her Federal Experience, she has also worked at big organizations such as Hewlett Packard and SAIC to name a few. In her free time, Shannon volunteers to the veteran’s Non Profit 4Wheel2Heal and as a passionate animal lover, she also dedicates time to volunteer with Paws Crossed a dog rescue organization in the West Virginia area.
